Posterior fossa subdural hematoma.
One case of traumatic posterior fossa subdural hematoma (PFSH) is described. This location represent 1% of the subdural hematomas. Computerized Tomography (CT) was used in the diagnosis and follow-up of the hematoma. The etiology and physiopathology of this process are discussed.

Acute neonatal posterior fossa subdural hematoma has been documented 13 times since 1940. Typically it occurs in a full-term infant whose delivery is complicated by forceps extraction or breech delivery. متن کاملSubdural hematoma complicating middle fossa arachnoid cyst.
We report a case of a middle aged patient with middle fossa arachnoid cyst that was complicated by subdural hematoma. This was demonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging that remain the most useful diagnostic tool, and providing excellent tissue specificity. Patient was treated by irrigating the hematoma through burrholes. Magnetic resonance imaging in the postoperative period showed a reductio...

BACKGROUND Posterior chronic subdural hematomas (pCSHs) are rare. Their diagnosis and treatment are difficult. DESCRIPTION A 69-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with nausea, headache, and mild consciousness disturbance. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed bilateral pCSH. To prevent further neurological deterioration, we performed surgery under general anesthes...
